Glycolic acid, a low-molecular-weight AHA, exfoliates effectively by removing pigment-containing skin cells and stimulating cell renewal. At the same time, tranexamic acid and glutathione work in synergy: tranexamic acid inhibits overactivation of melanocytes, while glutathione reduces melanin production itself and protects against oxidative stress. The result is a clearer, more even skin tone with improved radiance. Key ingredients: Glycolic acid 10%: A low-molecular-weight AHA acid that exfoliates effectively by dissolving the bonds between dead skin cells. This promotes cell renewal, gives a more even skin tone and improved skin texture. Because of its small molecular size, glycolic acid easily penetrates the skin and also stimulates collagen synthesis, which helps give a firmer and smoother skin surface. Tranexamic acid 1%: A targeted pigment-inhibiting ingredient that reduces dark spots and hyperpigmentation by inhibiting melanin synthesis and dampening melanocyte activation triggered by UV radiation, hormones or inflammation.
