But what exactly are biostimulating treatments? How do they work and what different types are there? We have gathered the answers here!

Biostimulating skin treatments are performed with injections that stimulate the skin's own collagen production. This is what increases collagen production, gives better elasticity, reduces fine lines and wrinkles, and adds glow and moisture to the skin. It simply kick-starts the skin's own ability to produce collagen and elastin. The older we get, the more the levels of collagen and elastin decline, which leads to looser skin, lines and wrinkles.
